Consignor Terms & Conditions

These Consignor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between LHH, LLC dba Refined Concierge Consignment (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“Consignor”) submitting items for consignment.

By submitting items to Refined Concierge Consignment, you agree to the following terms:


1. ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Refined Concierge Consignment accepts authentic luxury designer clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories, and select menswear that meet our brand, condition, and style standards.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline items at our sole discretion
  • Determine pricing, category placement, and marketing strategy
  • Refuse items that do not meet quality, condition, or market demand standards

2. AUTHENTICITY & OWNERSHIP

By consigning items, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of all submitted items
  • All items are 100% authentic and free of liens or claims
  • Items are not counterfeit, stolen, or subject to dispute

Refined Concierge Consignment reserves the right to use third-party authentication services when necessary. Items found to be inauthentic may be rejected or returned at the consignor’s expense.


3. CONDITION DISCLOSURE

Consignors must disclose all known flaws, wear, alterations, or repairs prior to acceptance.

Normal signs of wear consistent with pre-owned luxury items are acceptable, but undisclosed damage may result in:

  • Price adjustments
  • Removal from sale
  • Return to consignor at consignor’s expense

4. PRICING & COMMISSION

Pricing is determined by Refined Concierge Consignment based on:

  • Brand
  • Condition
  • Seasonality
  • Market demand
  • Comparable resale data

Commission Structure

  • Consignor payout is a percentage of the final sale price, determined at acceptance
  • Commission rates may vary by item category, value, or platform

Final commission terms will be communicated prior to listing.


5. CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

Items are consigned for an agreed-upon period. During this time:

  • Items may be listed across multiple sales platforms
  • Prices may be adjusted to encourage sale
  • Items may be promoted through marketing, social media, or editorial content

Unsold items at the end of the consignment period may be:

  • Returned to the consignor
  • Donated
  • Discounted
    (based on prior agreement)

6. PAYOUTS

  • Payouts are issued the following month for the previous months sales and funds are cleared
  • Payments are made via Check, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, ACH / Wire, or Store Credit
  • Refined Concierge Consignment is not responsible for platform processing delays

7. LOSS, DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Refined Concierge Consignment takes reasonable care of consigned items; however:

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage due to events beyond our control
  • Items are consigned at the consignor’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing

Insurance coverage, if any, will be disclosed prior to acceptance.


8. RETURNS & DISPUTES

In the event of a buyer dispute or return:

  • Refined Concierge Consignment will act in good faith to resolve the issue
  • Returned items may be relisted or returned to the consignor
  • Commission adjustments may apply

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Refined Concierge Consignment reserves the right to:

  • Decline future consignments
  • Terminate this agreement
  • Remove listings at any time

At our discretion and without obligation to disclose specific reasoning.


10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.


11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting items for consignment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Consignor Terms & Conditions.
