Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via insured carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking provided. Orders with a value over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to most territories, please contact us to ensure we can ship to your territory prior to purchase. Buyers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees. International orders are not eligible for return.

Carrier Delays
Once an order has shipped, Refined Concierge Consignment is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
