We specialize in authenticated pre-owned and new-with-tags luxury designer fashion. Every item listed on our website is independently inspected prior to sale using industry-standard authentication methods specific to each brand.

Our authentication process includes a detailed examination of materials, craftsmanship, hardware, logos, serial numbers, date codes, stitching, and other brand-specific identifiers. Items are reviewed for consistency with known authentic production standards.

Refined Concierge Consignment is an independent luxury resale boutique and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the designer brands we sell. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. Counterfeit items are never knowingly sold. In the unlikely event that an item is determined to be inauthentic, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
