Founder’s Story
Refined Concierge Consignment is the brainchild of Leann Harber Hagen, whose career has been shaped by an enduring passion for luxury fashion, personal service, and thoughtful curation.
Leann began her journey in luxury resale at a high-end boutique in Nashville, Tennessee, where her deep knowledge of iconic fashion houses—including Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, Saint Laurent, and lesser-known niche luxury brands—quickly set her apart. Her expertise, warmth, and intuitive understanding of clients’ needs earned her a loyal following and ultimately led to her appointment as Store Director.
As her clientele grew, Leann recognized an opportunity to expand beyond traditional resale. She began offering personal shopping and styling services, introducing emerging designers and under-the-radar luxury labels to clients who trusted her eye and relied on her to keep them impeccably dressed for events both large and small. Her ability to stay ahead of fashion trends while honoring timeless style became a defining hallmark of her work.
After relocating to Los Angeles to join her now husband and Los Angeles native, Ryan Hagen, Leann brought her signature approach—equal parts expertise and southern hospitality—to a broader audience. She founded LHH, LLC dba Refined Concierge Consignment, offering elevated consignment resale and personal shopping services to a discerning clientele that includes professionals across the entertainment industry.
Over time, Refined Concierge Consignment expanded beyond contemporary designer fashion to include vintage luxury, allowing Leann to curate statement pieces that captivate audiences, elevate personal style, and support a more sustainable approach to fashion. Her vision has always centered on creating wardrobes that feel intentional, distinctive, and enduring.
In late 2024, Leann formally welcomed Ryan into the business. A veteran of the entertainment industry and former General Manager of Decades, the world-renowned luxury resale boutique founded by vintage expert Cameron Silver, Ryan brings deep expertise in vintage fashion, consignment strategy, studio services, design teams, and museum-level curation. Together, they combine Leann’s concierge-level service philosophy with Ryan’s institutional knowledge to build a business that feels personal, informed, and refreshingly human.
At Refined Concierge Consignment, Leann and Ryan are redefining luxury resale—moving it beyond a purely transactional model and into a space rooted in trust, relationships, and a genuine love of fashion.
