At Refined Concierge Consignment, we take pride in offering authenticated luxury designer fashion curated with care. Due to the nature of consignment and pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are subject to the following return policy.

Final Sale Policy
All items sold on refined-consign.com are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

Fit or sizing  
Change of mind  
Color variation due to screen differences  
Normal wear consistent with pre-owned items  

Exception for Misrepresentation or Damage
In the rare event that an item is materially misrepresented or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a review.

Approved cases may be eligible for a refund issued to the original form of payment in accordance with this policy.

Each item is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and described in detail prior to listing. Measurements, condition notes, and photographs are provided to ensure transparency before purchase.

Authenticity Concerns
Every item sold by Refined Concierge Consignment is carefully inspected prior to listing. If you have a legitimate concern regarding authenticity, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation from a recognized authentication service.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that differs materially from the listing description or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number  
• Clear photographs of the issue  
• Original packaging intact  

Approved cases are reviewed on an individual basis. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Condition Disclosure
As many items are pre-owned or archival, natural signs of wear may be present and will be disclosed in the product listing and photographs. Minor variations consistent with normal wear do not qualify as defects.

Final Sale Acknowledgement
By placing an order on refined-consign.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy and confirm that you have reviewed the item description, measurements, and images carefully prior to purchase.
