Consignment Terms & Conditions
By consigning with Refined Concierge Consignment, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and a seamless experience for both consignors and buyers.
Authenticity & Ownership
All consigned items must be 100% authentic and legally owned by the consignor. Refined Concierge Consignment reserves the right to authenticate items and to decline any item that does not meet our standards.
Item Acceptance & Condition
Items are reviewed based on brand, condition, seasonality, and market demand. Consignors must disclose all known wear, flaws, alterations, or repairs prior to acceptance.
Pricing & Commission
Pricing is determined by Refined Concierge Consignment using current market data and resale demand. Commission rates vary by item category and value and are agreed upon prior to listing.
Consignment Period & Marketing
Consigned items may be listed across Refined Concierge Consignment's website and select resale platforms. Prices may be adjusted during the consignment period to encourage sell-through.
Sales, Returns & Disputes
Payouts are issued after a successful sale and once the buyer’s return window has closed. In the event of a return or dispute, items may be relisted or returned to the consignor based on the circumstances.
Liability
While reasonable care is taken, Refined Concierge Consignment is not responsible for loss or damage due to events beyond our control unless otherwise agreed in writing.
