Whether you are refining a personal wardrobe, handling an estate, downsizing a collection, or simply deciding what is worth selling, we provide discreet, experienced guidance tailored to your needs.
Private consultations are available virtually nationwide and in-home throughout the Los Angeles area.

During a private consultation, we review your wardrobe or collection and help identify pieces with meaningful resale potential, including contemporary luxury, vintage, runway-documented, archival, and collectible designer fashion.
Services may include:
• Wardrobe and collection review• Resale value guidance• Identification of pieces appropriate for consignment• Recommendations for pieces better suited to auction, alternative resale channels, donation, or retention• General designer, collection, and market guidance• Consignment intake for approved pieces• Guidance on building or refining a collectible luxury wardrobe
Includes up to 90 minutes of personalized wardrobe or collection review, available virtually nationwide or in-home throughout the Los Angeles area.
During the consultation, Refined will help evaluate pieces for resale potential, identify items that may be appropriate for consignment, provide general market and resale guidance, and recommend thoughtful next steps for the collection.
When additional research is warranted for noteworthy vintage, archival, collectible, or potentially runway-documented pieces, select items may be identified for further evaluation as part of the consignment process.
For qualifying collections accepted for consignment, the $295 consultation fee may be credited toward Refined's consignment commission at our discretion.
In-home consultations are available within our standard Los Angeles service area. Travel outside the standard service area, extended consultations, and projects requiring additional time may be quoted separately in advance.
Our virtual wardrobe consultations make Refined's private services available to clients throughout the United States.
Using video consultation and photographs provided in advance when appropriate, we can review individual pieces, wardrobes, or collections remotely and provide guidance on resale potential, consignment, and appropriate next steps.
Pieces accepted for consignment can then be coordinated for insured shipping to Refined.
For clients throughout the Los Angeles area, private in-home appointments are available by request.
We can review the wardrobe or collection in person, identify potential consignment pieces, provide resale guidance, and coordinate intake of approved items.
Refined Concierge Consignment works with individuals, families, representatives, and professionals managing significant designer wardrobes and private fashion collections.

Initial consultations and collection assessments may be conducted virtually, allowing us to work with clients and representatives outside of Los Angeles. In-person services for larger collections and estates may be arranged depending on the scope and location of the project.
Larger collections and estates are evaluated individually. Services and fees are quoted based on the size, scope, location, and requirements of the project.
We welcome inquiries from estate representatives, fiduciaries, attorneys, professional organizers, stylists, personal assistants, and other professionals assisting private clients.
